Delivery & Shipping Policy
Free Delivery We offer free 2-man white glove delivery on all orders over £300 to mainland UK addresses. Orders under £300 are subject to a £35 delivery charge, applied at checkout.
2-Man White Glove Delivery Service All wine fridges and large appliances are delivered by our specialist 2-man delivery team. This ensures your appliance is safely brought into your home and placed in your chosen room. Delivery is to a ground floor room of your choice; additional floors may be subject to a surcharge — please contact us to discuss.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: 3–7 working days from order confirmation
- You will receive a delivery notification with a confirmed date and time window once your order is dispatched
Professional Installation We offer a professional installation and old unit removal service for £149. This includes full installation of your new appliance and responsible disposal of your old unit. This can be added to your order at checkout or by contacting us at support@heritagefrost.co.uk.
Delivery Areas We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. For deliveries to Scotland Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or other offshore locations, please contact us before ordering as additional charges and extended lead times may apply.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Damaged Goods Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If your appliance arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery or note the damage with the delivery team and contact us within 24 hours at support@heritagefrost.co.uk.
